Minister Dallas Phinsee, III (www.ministerphinsee.com)  is an advocate for youth and passionate about bridging the digital divide.  He has spent years working closely with Year Up in closing the opportunity divide for young adults across America. Dallas has spent a few years serving as a  leader within the youth ministry at his church and several years collaborating with youth ministries around the San Francisco Bay Area.   Minister Dallas is passionate about closing the digital divide in our faith communities.

In Q1 of 2020 Minister Dallas  began serving as the Digital Inclusion Specialist for the San Francisco/Silicon Valley  office for the Connected Churches initiative. Dallas is a native of San Francisco, CA  with family roots in Montgomery, AL.
